What to Prepare? 

4 packs Wanton Mee

1 pack AYA Real Food Karashi Bilis (250g)

4 tablespoons of Soy Sauce

3 tablespoons of Dark Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce

6 teaspoons of Shallot Oil, Cucumber

Carrots

Chopped Spring Onion 

Steps of Preparation: 

Step 1: Mix 4 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, 3 tablespoons of Dark Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce, 6 teaspoons of Shallot Oil. 
Step 2: Cook your noodles according to the instructions stated on the noodle package. 
Step 3: Then, toss them with the sauce and add Karashi Bilis. 
Step 4: Garnish your dish with cucumber, red radish, and spring onions. 
Step 5: You can sprinkle Karashi Bilis on top of the dish for extra spiciness and crunchiness.
