What to Prepare? 

Round dumpling wrappers

1/2 pound ground chicken or beef

1 pack 250g Gillies Rendang

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Steps of Preparation: 

Step 1: In a bowl, combine ground chicken or beef, 1 pack 250g AYA Real Food Gillies Rendang, chopped cilantro, soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Place a small amount of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
Step 3: Shape the dumplings by creating a cup shape with your hand and gently pressing the filling down into the wrapper, leaving the top open.
Step 4: Arrange the dumplings on a steamer basket lined with parchment paper or cabbage leaves to prevent sticking.
Step 5: Steam the dumplings over boiling water for about 12-15 minutes or until the filling is cooked through.
Step 6: Once steamed, you’re done! Transfer the Gillies Dim Sum to a serving plate.
Serve hot with Gillies Rendang dipping sauce.
