Ingredients

2 tablespoon sweet soy

4 tablespoon light soy

3 tablespoon dark soy

6 tablespoon garlic oil

4 wonton noodles

cold water

1 pack Karashi Bilis

cucumber

carrots

spring onion (garnishing)

Method

To prepare Karashi Bilis Tossed Noodles, start by boiling 4 wonton noodles in a pot of water until they are cooked to your desired level of firmness.

Once done, drain and rinse the noodles with cold water to stop the cooking process. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and 6 tablespoons of garlic oil to create a flavorful sauce.

Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until they are evenly coated.

Add a pack of Karashi Bilis for a spicy and anchovy kick, along with thinly sliced cucumber and carrots for a refreshing crunch. Garnish the dish with spring onions and mix everything thoroughly.

Serve your Karashi Bilis Tossed Noodles and enjoy a delightful and satisfying meal with a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and umami flavors.
