KARASHI BAKED POTATO
A marvellous baked jacketed potato topped with rich sour cream and topped with Karashi Bilis to give crispiness, hot and sweet flavour that you can’t never resist. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to give a wonderful presentation.

100gm AYA Karashi Bilis
5 nos Jacketed potato
100gm rich sour cream
20gm chopped parsley
- Clean the russet potato with the skin and seasoned it with salt and pepper. Wrap it with aluminium foil and baked for 20 minutes in 170’C until soft.
- Finely chopped the parsley.
- Once the potato cook then slightly cut the upper part into 4 and slowly pressed the bottom part to open the upper part of the baked potato.
- Put 1 teaspoon of rich sour cream, then topped with 1 teaspoon of AYA karashi bilis and garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
