KARASHI BAKED POTATO

100gm AYA Karashi Bilis
5 nos Jacketed potato
100gm rich sour cream
20gm chopped parsley
- Clean the russet potato with the skin and seasoned it with salt and pepper. Wrap it with aluminium foil and baked for 20 minutes in 170’C until soft.
- Finely chopped the parsley.
- Once the potato cook then slightly cut the upper part into 4 and slowly pressed the bottom part to open the upper part of the baked potato.
- Put 1 teaspoon of rich sour cream, then topped with 1 teaspoon of AYA karashi bilis and garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
