250gm AYA kalio paste
250gm Chicken breast
200gm Cous cous
100gm Carrot
20gm Chicken stock
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper
20gm Fresh dill

Method

  • Boil the cous cous in the chicken stock until soft and fluffy.
  • Seasoned the cous cous with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken breast and carrot in AYA kalio paste.
  • Serve the cous cous with chicken kalio.
  • Garnish with dill and it is ready to serve.
